L & M dirk belts are made from the highest quality materials available on the market today. Our leathers are custom made to our specifications to ensure unequalled quality products for our customers. All lace is also custom produced for us by the world's leading lace producer. These belts are hand made on site by our skilled staff and will provide many years of problem free use with very little maintenance. Each Highland Regiment in the Canadian Army has its own dirk belt pattern. The example seen in these photos is of the Black Watch of Canada. Our dirk belts are adjustable at both ends which allows for each half of a 2 part or split buckle to be mounted by the wearer. This model of belt provides an adjustment range of approximately 8"
Attention! When ordering a dirk belt do not use your regular waist size. A dirk belt needs to be a minimum of 2” larger than your regular waist belt to allow for the added circumference created by the kilt thickness.
